Scripture:
I reflect at night on who you are, O Lord ; therefore, I obey your instructions....I pondered the direction of my life, and I turned to follow your laws...I rise at midnight to thank you for your just regulations. I am a friend to anyone who fears you— anyone who obeys your commandments.

Application:
Christians are the most introspective of all people. We considered our ways, saw the need to repent, and vowed to follow God's Way instead of our own. Fortunately, we have many friends who have decided to do the same.

Prayer:
We know who we are: we are Your community of friends, Lord. Amen.
