Scripture:
"Help me, O Lord my God; Save me according to Your lovingkindness. And let them know that this is Your hand; You, Lord, have done it." Psalms 109:26-27

Application:
When we are in battle, whether against outside people or our own inner thoughts that emanate from powers in dark places in the spiritual world (Ephesians 6:12), we call on the Lord for rescue. And victory is not all that we request. We want our opposition to know that they're not battling us, they're battling the Lord Who rules us. Every victory over these adversaries comes from the Lord. We want the adversaries to know that, too.
