Scripture:
There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death. Proverbs 16:25 ESV

Application:
Our brilliant, God-given human minds and experience-based instincts are blessings. With them, we navigate successfully through life. But they are not enough. We must rely on God's Holy Spirit to keep us traveling along the safe paths and on into glory. We must pray to stay connected with God's direction.

Prayer:
We thank You dear God for the gifts You've given us, and we pray that we'll always remember to be in fellowship with You so that we will make the right choices. Amen.
