​The Samaritan "Influencer" (part 1)

Scripture:
"Jesus answered and said to her, “Everyone who drinks of this water will thirst again; but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him shall never thirst; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life.” (John 4:13-14 )
"So the woman left her waterpot, and went into the city and said to the men, “Come, see a man who told me all the things that I have done; this is not the Christ, is it?” They went out of the city, and were coming to Him.' (v. 28-30)

Application:
Most of us are familiar with the internet term "influencers." It's a social media phenomenon in which people devote nearly every waking hour toward getting more "likes" or "followers" on their web pages and social media accounts. They parlay those little hearts or thumbs up into freebie trip$ and gift$ they can get from businesses who pay them to "influence" others to take a look at their ads.

In other words, it's a $elling out thing.

We only want Your Word to influence us, Lord Jesus! Amen.
