Application:
Fasting usually is associated with deprivation, e. g. going for periods without food, water, media, etc. But fasting is really about expansion. By removing the clutter from our flesh, we widen, lengthen, raise, and deepen our loving experiences with Jesus the Christ.

Prayer:
Strengthen us to fast in the ways You see best for us so that our relationship with You will be better, Lord Jesus. Amen.
