Scripture:

Application:
Childhood is the perfect time to understand the nature of our relationship with God:

· We are not set on being slaves, but servants.
· God is not set on punishment; He disciplines.

The distinctions are very real.

Prayer:
Dear Father in Heaven, we love serving You! When we go astray, please clearly, but gently, discipline us to get us back onto the righteous path. Amen.
