Scripture: '“Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me. ' John 14:1 Application: It's common to have a theoretic belief in God, but what counts is to really believe in Jesus. To trust that He understands our every problem and provides complete care. Trust Him. Prayer: Lord Jesus, show us how to trust You in everything that we experience. Amen. I luv u & I luv His Way!© Like More 6 likes I Luv U & ... I Luv His Way! God bless you. And should not I pity Nineveh, that great city, in which there are more than 120,000 persons who do not know their right hand from their left, and also much cattle?'” Jonah 4:10,11 (ESV) Application: If we are truly seeking a way to be the best that we can be in God’s eyes, we should consider our worst enemies; those people that cause us to say, “if not for them, my life would be so much better.” And honestly see if the things we hate most about our enemies are things that we ourselves are guilty of. We are. Instead of looking at the enemy as our nemesis, see them as our catharsis. God may have placed them in our lives to show us the areas where we need most work. We are guilty, but God has forgiven us. So who are we to say that God should punish others when He has withheld His punishment of us? Prayer: Let me be bold enough to see my own faults and Your forgiveness of me, dear God. And then let me be even bolder to forgive others and ask You to forgive them for what they have done to me. Amen. Comments are closed.
