​On Godly display for others

Scripture:
[God said to Solomon] "As for this house, which was exalted, everyone who passes by it will be astonished and say, ‘Why has the Lord done thus to this land and to this house?’" 2 Chronicles 7:21NASB

[Moses said to God] "Why should the Egyptians speak, saying, ‘With evil intent He brought them out to kill them in the mountains and to destroy them from the face of the earth’? Turn from Your burning anger and change Your mind about doing harm to Your people."
Exodus 32:12 NASB

Application:
God has an awareness of how people who don't know Him watch the way He relates to the people who do know Him. Biblical prophets reminded God of this in their prayers for Him to forgive them of sin and ease up on the punishment. We should carry ourselves with the awareness that our relationship with God is on display to non-believers. God is aware, perhaps to make believers out of them.

Prayers:
Father, we want to display our loving and trusting relationship with You to everyone. Help our faithfulness. Bless us mightily, and punish us lightly. Amen.
