It’s not us, it’s God.

Scripture:
“The angel of the Lord appeared to her and said, “You are barren and childless, but you are going to become pregnant and give birth to a son. Now see to it that you drink no wine or other fermented drink and that you do not eat anything unclean. You will become pregnant and have a son whose head is never to be touched by a razor because the boy is to be a Nazirite, dedicated to God from the womb. Application:
Just as Sampson was destined to rescue his people from enemies even before he was born, and David was “knitted in the womb” to be a great king, we were long ago endowed with special gifts by God. Our great accomplishments were announced before anyone, included our parents, knew our names.


Prayer:
Dear Father, thank You for blessing us with special gifts that are meant to glorify Your name. Help us remain humble as we fulfill our destinies. Amen.
