Scripture: And Jesus said to him, "What do you want me to do for you?" And the blind man said to him, "Rabbi, let me recover my sight." And Jesus said to him, "Go your way; your faith has made you well." And immediately he recovered his sight and followed him on the way. Mark 10:51-52 ESV Application: Throughout the Gospel, Jesus performs miracles for people. Many times He added words to the effect of, "your faith has made you well". It seems obvious, but some of us neglect to understand that the strongest part of that statement rests in these two little words that don't appear: In ME. As in, your faith "in Me," has made you well. We can't have faith in the government, human nature, buddies, neighbors, family ties, or even in ourselves. Our faith has to be directed toward Jesus. IN ME Those four letters in two words change the entire meaning of whatever is written around them. Prayer: Jesus, we place our faith in You. Amen. Comments are closed.
