Scripture:
Are you so foolish? Having begun by the Spirit, are you now being perfected by the flesh?
Galatians 3:3 ESV

Application:
Getting the big head is foolish. Any success we have has very little to do with our innate skills. In fact, what we call "our" skills are God-given and directed by His Holy Spirit. Thinking otherwise causes us to consider ourselves as more important than others...which we aren't.

Prayer:
Remind us as gently, but as necessary as possible, to remember that we are inspired and directed by Your Holy Spirit, Lord. Amen.
