Application:
The mounting suicides, self-mutilations, and addictions reflect a basic human need: control over something. Everything but God's Word will disappoint. Here's how we develop stability:
A little at a time, day by day.
​Over time, we will have stability within ourselves, and this stability can spread like olive tree branches help the whole world.

Prayer:
Jesus Christ, plant us firmly where we need to be, in You, and never let us feel out of control. Amen.
