Scripture:
"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."
Romans 12:2 NIV

Application:
The mind influences everything. If we set our minds on evil things, allowing the world's values to warp our good intentions, we'll become warped, too. But if we decide to give our minds to Jesus, thinking of scripture during idle moments throughout the day, we will become transformed into far better beings than the world could ever corrupt.

Prayer:
This day and night, Lord Jesus, bring scripture to our minds and memories so that we can become better people. Amen.
