Scripture:
Just as the body is dead without breath, so also faith is dead without good works.
James 2:26 NLT

Application:
When Christ ascended to the right hand of God where He is now, the church became Christ's Body in earth. A body requires breath to live. When we Christians come to help others in Christ's Body, we are, in effect, breathing for the entire body. Faith is the exercise of breathing. It's vital to the life of the Body of Christ.

Prayer:
We pray that You will direct and empower us to breathe our faith daily, Christ Jesus. Amen.
