Scripture: ““Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother or sister has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to them; then come and offer your gift.” Matthew 5:23-24 (NIV) Application: If we sin against another person, it's true that we have hurt God and should repent. But it's easier for us to ask God for forgiveness than to do what we know is right: Apologize to the other person before we even go before God. Prayer: Jesus, thank You for the Holy Spirit's conviction when we need to repair our earthly relationships. Now, please give us the right words and actions to apologize. Amen. Comments are closed.
