​The Samaritan "Influencer" (part 2)

Scripture:
"Jesus answered and said to her, “Everyone who drinks of this water will thirst again; but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him shall never thirst; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life.” (John 4:13-14 )
"So the woman left her waterpot, and went into the city and said to the men, “Come, see a man who told me all the things that I have done; this is not the Christ, is it?” They went out of the city, and were coming to Him.' (v. 28-30)

Application:
$elling out is based on nothing.
Remember the Samaritan woman in John 4? Maybe she was an influencer of her time. People, especially men, seemed to be attracted to her. Her life may have seemed full, but like today's internet influencers, it was empty. She was dying of thirst. But then one day, Jesus appeared outside of His normal territory of "influence"
​He was in Samaria, and he was speaking to a woman.

We only want Your Word to influence us, Lord Jesus! Amen.
