Application:
One of the most encouraging, stress-relieving things we can tell our parents, children, our leaders, and even our pastors is this:
"I don't expect you to always be strong."
It's profound. What's even more profound is to offer these words:
"I'll be here with you during your grief."

Prayer:
Jesus, thank You for showing us it's not a sin to be weak or ask for help from others. Now, help us be a source of comfort to those whom we look up to. Amen.
